Installation Instructions

Determine which version of Palladium you wish to download. A product comparison can be found here.
One of the more common problems experienced is where you already have a session of MS SQL Server installed on your computer. Should you experience a “Connection Error”, please download this article.

1. Additional Palladium Download prerequisites

1.1. Database

One computer on your network must be running SQL Server as the data source. This is usually installed on your server or the computer acting as the server for Palladium Accounting. If you already have a version of SQL Server running on your network, you can skip this step. There are 2 Separate Installations for 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems respectively.

1.2. Crystal Reports

This pre-requisites package MUST BE INSTALLED on ALL machines running any of the Palladium Accounting software packages. There are 2 Separate Installations, one for 32-bit and one for 64-bit operating systems, choose the correct one for your need

2. Palladium Accounting Utilities (Optional tools)

2.1. Palladium Premium Server Utility

Version 22.24.1.0 Compatible with the Premium (V22.24 Range)

The application includes tools for local and/or remote backups, tools for the administration of SQL Server database, and the sample data installation. This system is optional for all versions of Palladium Accounting. The installation must be on the same computer where you installed your choice of the SQL Server Database. Palladium Server is completely free to use with any licensed Palladium Accounting package
